INNOVATION STRENGTHS FINDER

Research has shown there are 3 basic types of innovation preferences.  This brief quiz is designed to identify what comes most natural for you regarding your innovation preferences.  Using a separate sheet of paper, mark down your choice (A B or C) for each of the seven questions.  If you lean towards two answers put down the one you lean towrds most and make a note of the 2nd answer. When finished click the button below to learn more about your unique style.  Keep in mind, all innovation styles are equally important so there are no right or wrong answers.  Knowing this, individuals are better equipped to innovate and teams are better able to coordinate their strengths for leveraging ideas.
