Friends,

18 months ago I initiated a 30 minute Intention Meditation (every other Friday/2x's a month). 

 

I began this because of all the changes (polarities) we are currently experiencing.  It's clear the old ways are no longer working and our institutions are failing.  The good news, a new world is emerging and it needs our blessing, our energy.  There is too much perceived fear and greed and we can all change that together as embrace our power as co-creators and contribute to the emergence of a new world.  

 

It's free; there is never any obligation to attend & we never share emails.

Participants are welcome to come and go only when it's convenient. It's important that no one feels an obligation to attend at anytime so that those on the call are present.  

I offer 2 time slots every other Friday of the month so that those on the east and west coast can attend. I keep it to 30 minutes because people have work demands to meet. 

Below our 30 minute agenda:

  • We open with a brief mindfulness practice  

  • This intention is read: 

        Our intention is to actively engage in a peaceful awareness and presence.   Today and everyday we are a beacon of light bringing

        peace to our families, our neighbors, our community and the planet.  As beacons of light we extend our loving awareness to create

        a peaceful impact in our world. 

  • Following is 10 minutes of silence (I keep track of the time).

  • Close with a heart centering practice

Group intention like prayer increases our energy exponentially. 

When you’re setting powerful intentions you’re creating within yourself a new and specific state or frame of mind that serves your purpose in life. You’re sending a message to the world and to yourself about…

  • Who you want to be.

  • What you wish to contribute.

  • How you choose to touch the lives of others. 

 

The cool thing is as we heal ourselves, we help heal the collective.
